Eli Capella FINALLY releases his new LP "ILLADWELLERS" on Hip-Hop's Birthday where he captures the minds of a set of twins. Honor , who's a high school drop out that sells drugs and Hope , a striving senior in High School awaiting Graduation. In this project he uses these twins to show how most of the "killers" you see on TV screens aren't always the typical killers the world paints them to be. He explains the situations within their environment that shape why they do what they do.
